TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In relation to the prize draws to win free Estate Agency fees or 12 free months property management.
- To take part in the Prize Draw, entrants wishing to sell a property must sign a sole agency contact agreeing to our standard terms and conditions with any brand of the Sharman Quinney Group.
- For sales, one winner will be selected from each of the Sharman Quinney Group brands, including Pattison Lane, Kevin Henry, Hurfords and Sharman Quinney.
- For sales, upon exchange of contracts the winners will not be required to pay the sole agency selling fee as stated on the contract signed during the month of September 2022.
- The closing date is Friday 30th September 2022, and all contracts must be signed by 6pm that day to be eligible as an entry into the prize draw.
- The prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives in place of the stated prizes.
- The four winners will be selected at random and winners will be notified by email or phone by 6pm on Tuesday 4th October 2022 and all other participants will be made aware by email shortly after.
- If you have instructed another agent the terms and conditions of those instructions must be considered to avoid a possible liability to pay two commissions in addition to any withdrawal fees or disbursements.
- Entrants agree to Sharman Quinney Group using their abbreviated name in post-competition publicity. Your details will not be used for any other purpose. Should you not wish to be included please advise at the point of the winners announcement.
